Verification of Enrollment
A VOE, or Verification of Enrollment, is an official school document that confirms a student is currently enrolled and attending school. It is commonly used in Texas and other states for legal or administrative purposes involving minors.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a VOE, students must:
- Be currently enrolled in the district at the time of request.
- Maintain ≥ 90% attendance in each class (no more than 10 absences per semester).
- Be in good academic standing, meaning passing grades in all classes.
- Understand that once issued, the VOE expires 30 days after issuance

Timeline & Follow‐Up
- Allow 72 hours for processing after submitting your request
- VOE expires in 30 days (90 days if issued during the last five days of the school year)
