What is College Readiness?

College Readiness is defined as:

The level of preparedness students need in order to enter and succeed without remediation in a post secondary institution that offers a baccalaureate degree.

College Readiness AVID

Core Subject area (including Foreign Languages and the Arts) knowledge and skills for entry level success in College (Advanced Courses). Each subject has its own unique set of skills

College Readiness 6 Year Plan which addresses enrolling in advanced courses in each of the core subject areas. In class Socratic Tutorials, WICR, and after school tutorials provide the needed support for these courses.
