Attendance Procedures

• Students and parents may use the above email addresses to submit doctor’s notes, excuse notes, or to ask attendance-related questions.
• Emails are monitored daily, and parents can expect a response within 2 business days.
• Please ensure your message is sent to the correct attendance office email based on your student’s campus.

Important Reminders

• The attendance office does not mark students absent. If you believe an absence has been recorded in error, please contact the teacher directly.
  • Teacher emails can be found via your Skyward Parent Login.
  • Once the teacher confirms the error, they will then notify the attendance clerk to make the appropriate correction.
• Students may not leave campus without being signed out by a parent, legal guardian, or an emergency contact listed on the student’s information sheet.
• All visitors must present a valid photo ID when visiting the campus.
