Financial Aid Information

Paying for College | Financial Aid

Students must apply for Financial Aid, by completing a FAFSA or TASFA application, every year that they are in college and need assistance paying for their education.

Each year, the financial aid applications provide our students the opportunity to view how much money they are eligible to receive to help pay for their post secondary studies. The financial aid applications are expected to open on December 1, 2024 for the 2025-2026 application cycle.  Before each year of college, it is recommended that students apply for grants, work-study, and loans with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form or the Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA) form.

The State of Texas is now requiring ALL GRADUATING SENIORS to apply for financial aid. Students and families have the option to opt of this requirement by completing a waiver form available from their academy counselor.
