Paying for College | Financial Aid
***FAFSA & TASFA Applications became available October 1st of each school year. Unfortunately, due to recent changes and updates, it is now predicted that the 2024-2025 FAFSA Application will open on DECEMBER 31, 2023.***
Students must apply for Financial Aid, by completing a FAFSA or TASFA application, every year that they are in college and need assistance paying for their education.
The State of Texas is now requiring ALL GRADUATING SENIORS to apply for financial aid. Students and families have the option to opt of this requirement by completing a waiver form available from their academy counselor.

The TASFA application is available in English and Spanish.

Need assistances completing the FAFSA or TASFA? Be sure to stop by one of our financial aid workshops!
Remember in order to complete the financial aid applications, you will need the 2022 Tax Documents (1040/W-2). All financial aid workshop happen from 6-8 PM in the College and Career Center (KHS, 2nd floor, Suite 2300).
