Hello everyone!
I am Ms. Cruz, the Assistant Choir Director at CE King High School.
I am Ms. Cruz, the Assistant Choir Director at CE King High School.
I graduated from Texas State University in 2021 with my bachelor's degree in Choral Studies, and I recently graduated from Texas Woman's University with my master's degree in Music Education. At TWU, I worked as the Choral and Music Education graduate assistant where I directed the TWU University Chorus and taught lessons in Choral Conducting, Secondary Choral Methods, and Women in Music. I am so excited to be lead-teaching the 9th Grade Beginning Tenor-Bass Choir, 9th Grade Treble Choir, Non-Varsity Treble Choir (Fierezza), and the Varsity Treble Choir. I assist Mr. Surratt with the other choir periods.

Tutorials
All Choir-related tutorials are every day after school from 2:45-3:30 p.m. at the CE King High School Main Campus. 9th graders may request tutorials at the 9th grade center before class starts from 6:30-7:00 a.m.
