Hello, my name is Chef Jerald Bass.  I have over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry as an Executive Chef, Restaurant Outlet Manager, Catering Manager, and Business Consultant.  I have a deep passion for the Culinary and Hospitality Industry.  I am excited and looking forward to teaching and training our upcoming hospitality professionals.
