“Bringing business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs”

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA-PBL) is the largest and oldest business student organization in the world! A quarter of a million high school, middle school, college, university students, faculty, educators, administrators, and business professionals have chosen to be members of the premier business education association preparing students for careers in business.

Business teachers, advisers, and advisory councils (including school officials, business people, and Community representatives) guide local chapters. FBLA has a national membership of a quarter million students who are preparing for careers in business and business-related fields.

The Association has four divisions:

Future Business Leaders of America(FBLA) for high school students;

FBLA-Middle Level for junior high, middle, and intermediate school students;

Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) for postsecondary students; and

Professional Division for business people, FBLA-PBL alumni, educators, and parents who support the goals of the association.

FBLA-PBL's State Awards Program recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. Through state-based competitions at the State Leadership Conference, students compete in events testing their business knowledge and skills. Top state winners then are eligible to compete for honors at the National Leadership Conference each summer.
